News on the release of the trial results and proposed forums
Harvest is now complete and the yield components are being separated and weighed (grain, stalk, remainder). There will be subsampling for quality assessments by University of Adelaide (grain) and CSIRO (stalks). The earliest you can expect to see the publication of results is August. At that time, it is likely there will be workshops at Loxton and in the South East – potentially Struan. Dates are yet to be confirmed.
New season trials
Good news that another season of trials has been approved. The current trial results will provide information on the mix of varieties and sowing times.
